Welcome to the Ready2Print website, located at www.ready2print.com (the “website”) and operated by Web2Print LLC, doing business as “Ready2Print”. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “Web2Print”, “Ready2Print”, “the website” and “ready2print.com,” refer to Ready2Print and Web2Print LLC as one entity. Web2Print offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Your purchase of products or services from Ready2Print is subject to this Terms of Sale. By clicking the “COMPLETE PURCHASE” button on the check-out page you agree and acknowledge that you have read this document and that you agree to be bound by its terms and also by the Terms of Service of this site, which are incorporated into these Terms of Sale. The Terms of Sale are not meant to conflict with or violate any of the Terms of Service which governs your use of the www.ready2print.com website and the services offered by Ready2Print. In the event that there is a conflict between the Terms of Service and the Terms of Sale then the Terms of Service shall govern with regards to that portion which is in conflict.

The Terms of Service, along with the Privacy Policy and the Shipping Terms are included and incorporated by reference into this document and by acceptance of the Terms of Sale you also accept the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and the Shipping terms of this website.

CONTENT OF YOUR PURHASE

Ready2Print provides computer based tools through its website at www.ready2print.com to allow you to upload and/or create your own printed products. You acknowledge that no one at Ready2Print monitors or reviews the artwork you upload or create, either while in the electronic stage or during production or shipping.

As such, you agree that no Ready2Print employee, officer, partner, owner, agent or subcontractor is responsible for reviewing your sign for content, quality or suitability. We are not responsible for spelling, grammar, font selection, font size, legibility, position of graphics, position of text, text or sign layout or the quantity of signs that you order.

While you acknowledge that Ready2Print does not review the content of your product, you still agree to be bound by the Terms of Service of our website. Should it come to the attention of Ready2Print that you have violated the Terms of Service of the website you agree that we will cancel your order, send you written notice of cancellation of your order and refund the purchase price of your order, less the cost of any work already completed on the order and the cost of cancellation. This refund will be sent to the shipping destination for the order within thirty (30) days of cancellation of the order. MATERIALS USED AND SUITABILITY FOR USE

Ready2Print clearly states what materials that are used in our products on our websites and on ourmaterials page, lists a detailed description of those materials. We make no warranties orguarantees as the suitability of a particular material for your use. By purchasing our products, you agree that you have independently researched and verified that the materials that we indicate on our product description page are adequate for your use. You also agree that we are not responsible for products you receive from us that you thought were made of another material than what we advertise on our website. You also agree that products sold by Ready2Print are for novelty use and that Ready2Print makes no warranty as to the legal compliance of any of our products. This includes whether the materials used meet legal requirements as well as where and how any such products can be displayed.

COLOR MATCHING

Ready2Print sells its products and services through a website that is viewed on computer monitors and other electronic display devices. Not all display devices are calibrated the same and as such there is no guarantee that the color you see matches the actual color you have selected, uploaded or created. Additionally, these devices display color through the use of light and the RGB (Red, Green, and Blue) color space while Ready2Print prints its products using the CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black) color space and also solid mixed colors.

There is no direct translation from RGB to CMYK or solid mixed colors and what is seen on an electronic display device is an approximation of what the final printed piece will look like. Ready2Print strives to match our colors as close as possible to accurately calibrated display devices but cannot make any guarantees that what we print will match what you see on an electronic display device. By purchasing products from us you agree to this limitation.

UPLOADING ARTWORK AND IMAGES

Ready2Print provides tools that allow you to upload graphics and images into the product designs that you create. You agree that Ready2Print is not responsible for the quality or the resolution of any graphics or images that you upload for use in your product(s).

We provide guidelines in our FAQ section to assist you in determining if an image may be of sufficient quality for your use but you are ultimately responsible for the quality of the images you use for the products you select.

NO LIABILITY FOR ERRORS IN YOUR DESIGN

Ready2Print provides the tools to allow you to upload and/or create your own artwork within the website. Prior to placing an order for a product that you have created or uploaded you will be asked to approve a digital online proof. You are responsible for all spelling, placement, graphics, color choices, images and image resolution. We do not check your design for content or accuracy and are not responsible for any errors, typographical or otherwise. We recommend that you keep all important elements at least 1/2 inch in from the edge of the graphic so that it is not lost or cut off in the production process. We are not responsible for any graphic or text elements that are partially or fully obscured in the final printed product if they were not placed at least ½” in from the edge of the graphic in the artwork that you created.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIME

Ready2Print works very hard to ensure that potential production issues will not hamper normal delivery of products. Ready2Print shall never be held responsible for potential damage that ensues from delays in shipment or delivery delays.

As a customer of Ready2Print, you agree we are not liable for delays in shipment. These delays may occur from weather conditions, international customs, shipping company delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx) or any other such reason beyond the direct control of Ready2Print. We calculate all shipment and delivery dates from information provided from suppliers.

Ready2Print makes on-time delivery one of our top priorities. Although unexpected and unlikely, technical problems may arise and potentially delay the production process. In the event of any delay caused by technical difficulties on our end, all rush charges will be refunded or waived. However, technical difficulties will not permit order cancellations. We are also under no obligation to upgrade the shipping method at no additional cost to you.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Before a final order can be placed you must approve the online proof via the website where you are given a chance to review all of the content of your product. Once you place your final order theorder goes into an automated workflow and may be produced at any time prior to the shipping date. As such, we cannot guarantee that should you wish to cancel an order after you have placed said order that it can be cancelled before it is produced.

If you wish to have us cancel an order you may contact us using the information at the bottom of this page. You agree that while we may try to cancel an order once it has been placed, no employee, owner, officer, agent or subcontractor of Ready2Print is obligated to cancel or change said order.

You also agree that should we cancel an order at your request, we will refund the cost of the order, less the cost of any work already completed on the order and the cost of cancellation. This refund will be sent to the shipping destination for the order within thirty (30) days of cancellation of the order.

PRICE AND PAYEMNT TERMS

All prices are presented on our website in US Dollars and all payments must be made in US Dollars via credit card at the time the order is placed. Because the nature of our products is entirely customizable and your order may be produced at anytime from the time you submit the order until it is scheduled to ship, you agree and acknowledge that the entire price for production, shipping, taxes and any other services will be charged to your credit card at the time you place theorder.

Ready2Print maintains the right to adjust pricing without notice. We work very hard to maintain up-to-date pricing, but it is possible that a displayed price is incorrect. In the event of a displayed price being lower than Ready2Print’s current pricing for such products – we will contact you with the corrected pricing and information – allowing you to accept the alterations to the price or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order after the initial payment was processed, you will receive a full refund in the original form of payment.

SALES TAX

Ready2Print currently collects and remits sales tax for purchases shipped to locations within the state of Arizona. If your purchase is being made for resale and you have a valid Arizona resale certificate then you may contact us via the information provided at the bottom of this policy to make tax exempt purchases for resale.

TRANSFER OF TITLE

You agree that title passes from Ready2Print to you, the customer, at the time the order is handed over to the shipping company. As such, the risk of loss or damage once the shipment has been tendered to the carrier passes to you the customer.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

The products that Ready2Print are all custom and unique and have no re-sale value so all sales are final. If we made an error in the production then we will reprint the order or issue a refund or credit, at our option.

All Ready2Print products come with a guarantee to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of ninety (90) days after purchase. If the product breaks or fails due to a manufacturing defect during that time, you agree to send a picture of the broken product or return the product to Ready2Print. Upon receipt of the defective product or photograph thereof, we will send a replacement product via the original shipment method.

Ready2Print does not warrant or guarantee that its products are suitable for any intended purpose or in any set of environmental conditions. As such, you agree that the determination of if a product’s failure was due to a manufacturing defect is entirely at the discretion of Ready2Print. In the event you feel that there was a failure due to a manufacturing defect, you agree to provide complete information about the circumstances of the use and failure of said product so that Ready2Print may make a determination as to the cause of the failure.

All charges related to expedite printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are returned for any reason. All orders that are being returned must be shipped at customer's own expense.

SHIPPING

Ready2Print ships products to customers via FedEx, UPS, USPS and other common carriers. You agree that Ready2Print is not liable for any delays in shipping that may occur from weather conditions, international customs, shipping company delays or any other such reason beyond thedirect control of Ready2Print. We calculate all shipment and delivery dates from information derived from suppliers. When your order is shipped you will receive an email with the name of the carrier and the tracking number. You may track the order via the carrier’s website or by logging into www.ready2print.com and viewing the status of your order. In the event your order does not arrive as indicated by the tracking information please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.

If the item is not delivered due to an error made by the customer, such as entering an incorrect address, which may cause an address change with the carrier and an additional shipping charge, you agree to be charged the additional shipping fee. If after placing an order you wish to change the shipping method or address, you will be charged a change fee of $10 plus any additional shipping charges that the carrier may impose.

If the carrier is unable to complete the delivery because you are unavailable and the item cannot be left unattended and the carrier returns the shipment to Ready2Print, you agree to any additional charges or fees needed to re-ship the item to you.

Some products are too large to ship by small package carriers, such as FedEx and UPS, and must be shipped by LTL or truck carrier, sometimes on a pallet. At the time you place your order you will be notified if the order must be shipped by truck and if it requires a lift gate for delivery, which is an additional charge. If you select the check box indicating that you do not need a lift gate truck for delivery and decline the lift gate charge, then you are certifying that you will have a forklift available at the point of delivery that can upload the shipment from the carrier’s truck. If after placing the order it is determined that you need a lift gate truck for delivery then you agree to the additional fee for a lift gate truck.

You agree to any of the above-mentioned charges and fees within our Shipping Policy being charged to the credit card that was used to complete the original order.

COUPONS, PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Coupons and discounts cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed. Ready2Print reserves the right to limit coupon use to a given household or address. Coupons and discounts cannot be combined with any other offer. Coupons and discounts are not valid towards custom quoted items. Free shipping offers apply only to items shipped within the 48 contiguous United States and only to items that are 36 inches or less in each direction.

CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Sale at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Sale by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Sale constitutes acceptance of those changes.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes arising out of, relating to or connected with these Terms of Sale or your use of any part of the Ready2Print services will be exclusively resolved under confidential binding arbitration held in Arizona, before and in accordance with the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, by a sole arbitrator applying Arizona law (without regard for conflicts of law principles). The arbitrator's award will be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Any action to enforce an arbitrator's award will be brought in a federal or state court located in Arizona. Each party hereby irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of the Federal and California State courts in Arizona. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this section, Ready2Print may seek equitable relief, including, without limitation, injunctive relief and specific performance, without the requirement of posting a bond or other security or proving money damages are insufficient, from a court of competent jurisdiction.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Sale shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Sale and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Sale shall not be construed against the drafting party.
